Welcome to home of the Nemesis Project

The Nemesis Project was founded by The Nemesis Committee, Leicester in 2006, We provide Activities For Children/Schools, Career Advice, Composition, DJ skills, Music Business, Music Technology, Rap, Singing, Songwriting, Our innovative projects have been setup with the aim to give people of all ages and backgrounds who maybe complete beginners through to those seeking a career in music the chance to learn & perform an array of creative skills to suit their individual needs, Our experience covers all aspects from artist and studio training courses with professional tutors, artist mentoring, live events & festivals, radio broadcasting & running a record label.

In August 2007 The Nemesis Project proudly provided the equipment for The Contact Project's annual young peoples festival based in St. Matthews, Leicester. Young people got to perform their unique urban dance routines & show off there Djing & turntable skills to a large crowd from the local community who attended throughout the event. We would like to show support to The Contact Project for a great day, The Nemesis Project have also worked inconjunction with The Contact Project providing summer outreach music sessions.


Checkout this track, Written by beginner Sunny Murphy, 12 years old from Leicester whilst attending the Nemesis project at the BBC Open Learning Centre, Sunny & his younger brother Finn Murphy, 9 years old have shown a great understanding & talent for writing music. His Dad has invested in a keyboard & the software for his lads to continue learning from home whilst still also attending the project.

The Nemesis Committee would like to thank all those who attended the Nemesis project in conjunction with The Spark Festival & Your BBC which was a huge success, young people aged beetween 12 to 13 years took part within this workgroup, each of which created their own music production/track which they took away on a cd, which they found highly rewarding.
